This week will be a planning week like no other. You will be supported and guided to create your own unique plan for personal success. Together we will be exploring the ways you want to FEEL in addition to the things you aspire to achieve.
Each day of the retreat, through group workshops and activities, we will focus on different aspects of living mindfully and intentionally through a lens of curiosity, contemplation and self-awareness.
In addition to yoga, meditation, hikes and wellness practices, you will be supported daily through a series of self-discovery exercises, group conversations, guided journalling and reflections specifically designed to help you create a personalized plan to live YOUR best life.
