You are invited to move your body, share in conversations and deepen your connections. A perfect time to getaway during the long winter months to be wild and free to do exactly what your heart desires.

Sugar Ridge offers a spectacular natural landscape any time of year but the winter is magical. Enjoy the stillness of the snow covered forest, the bird songs, the cool breeze and cozy fire.

Feel free to make a snow angel or two!

There is no fitness level or experience with yoga required to enjoy this weekend. All are welcome!

Meet Your Facilitator

Lorraine Murphy

Lorraine spent 17 years working for the Canadian armed forces as a civilian fitness coordinator and aquatic coordinator. Her experience and knowledge over the last 20 years has allowed her to facilitate group training classes, 1 on 1 personal training, meal prep and planning, online fitness/yoga, retreats, workshops and corporate/team development. She is a Mother of two, a wife and avid lover of outdoors and adventures. Any day that she can be outside hiking a trail, riding a bike, walking with friends or just exploring the wilderness is where she is the happiest. Lo is loud and loving, funny and deeply compassionate and 100% HERSELF. She strives to live an authentic life, being who she is no matter how and when you meet. What you see is what you get! And she promises that you will always get the best of her :)

Shared $565 + HST (up to 4 people in a cabin)

Semi-private $625 + HST (you and one other in a room) some cabins have 2 rooms

Private $825 + HST (a room by yourself) some cabins have 2 rooms

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
