International Women’s Day is a global celebration of women’s achievements, resilience, and contributions — a day to honor the diverse experiences, strengths, and wisdom of women everywhere. It is also a reminder of the importance of connection, solidarity, and lifting each other up across generations and communities.

Our Women’s Wellness Weekend invites you be immersed in intention, reflection, and self-care. At Sugar Ridge , you’ll be welcome in a safe, nurturing space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and celebrate the unique journey of being a woman. This weekend offers a gentle, holistic approach to wellness — supporting mind, body, and soul — through mindful movement, meditation, self-care practices, restorative yoga, nourishing vegan meals, and time in nature.

A circle of sisterhood allows us to share, support, and celebrate one another, creating a sense of community that amplifies the power of collective presence. By connecting with women from all walks of life, we acknowledge the strength, creativity, and resilience inherent in every woman — and honor our shared humanity.

This is beautiful weekend to celebrate your connection to movement, nature, nutrition and self. Move your body, share in conversations and deepen your connections. A perfect time to getaway after the long winter months and feel the kiss of spring!

This weekend is for women who:

Sugar Ridge offers a spectacular natural landscape any time of year but the winter is magical. Enjoy the forest waking up to spring, the bird songs, the cool breeze and cozy fire.

There is no fitness level or experience with yoga required to enjoy this weekend. All are welcome!

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

$575 + HST  shared accommodation – up to 4 people share a cabin

$645 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
