Escape the ordinary and embark on a journey of peace and relaxation. The perfect blend of gentle yoga guided by Pamela and delicious plant-based nourishment.

Indulge in a scrumptous dinner and relax by the fire. This evening is designed to deepen your connection to your self and allow for deep relaxation and self-care.

After dinner, enjoy a candlelit restorative yoga class. As you lie back and immerse yourself in the moment, feel the stress and tension melt away, leaving you both rejuvenated and connected on a deeper level.

You are welcome to join us on your own or bring a friend – no partner required – everyone is welcome!

Meet Your Facilitator

Pamela Fitzgerald

Pamela Fitzgerald is a certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr) Mindfulness Coach and Equine Yoga Instructor.  After 15 years in the fitness industry, Pamela feels most at home guiding people to reconnect with themselves at the deepest level possible through yoga, meditation, stress management and time with horses.

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
