This retreat is perfect for all yoga teachers – no proof of credentials (or burnout) required.
Sep 19 2025 - Sep 21 2025
You spend so much time nurturing others, it’s time to deepen your own practice and take some time for you!
In our busy lives as yoga teachers, often juggling many different committments, caring for others and holding space for wellness of students, we run the risk of losing ourselves in the support system.
Our personal practices wane, our moods may dip, our room for patience recedes, we lose our drishti.
This retreat is time to be as gentle and kind to yourself as you are to your students.
Throughout the retreat you are invited to explore with the gentle guidance and support of Eoin, Erin and Marco.
This retreat is perfect for all yoga teachers – no proof of credentials (or burnout) required.
In addition to our shared time with Eoin, we will be hosting a private ancient instruments concert on Saturday evening and offering a sunrise session of 108 Surya Namaskar on Sunday morning. With programmed time to chill right out, we can help book wellness appointments on and offsite, as well as awesome excursions to introduce you to the beauty and bounty of Georgian Bay. Sugar Ridge alone is an oasis for you to explore all weekend!
Revitalize your passion for yoga.
Cleanse and nourish your body with yummy organic vegan meals, while you also nourish your soul.
Eoin Finn, globally celebrated yogi, surfer, thought leader, and founder of Blissology, has been carving his unique path through the worlds of yoga, philosophy, physiology, and movement since 1989. Known for blending soulful science with yogic wisdom, Eoin’s teachings are deeply rooted in the yogic traditions but are refreshingly down-to-earth. He’s been named one to watch by Oprah, and his innovative, pioneering spirit “refreshes like cool water.” His new book, Yoga Optimized, is a testament to this legacy. Guided by a firm belief in the power of nature to find true bliss, he often says to “seek quiet solitude in nature.” Eoin’s diverse studies span philosophy at Dalhousie University, anatomy and physiology at Harvard Medical School, and exercise physiology at the University of California, Berkeley. A passionate ocean activist, he launched the Blissology EcoKarma project in 2014, mobilizing yoga and environmental activism to protect precious coral reefs. He lives on Canada’s west coast, always searching for the perfect wave.
Erin and Marco have been living, working, and playing together for almost 20 years. This has included raising a family, growing a successful social enterprise, and establishing a deep yoga practice. After completing Yoga Teacher Training together, they realized that they wanted to continue to share the incredible benefits of yoga as a team. They curate workshops and retreats that matter most to the community of yogis around them, infused with teachings across the Eight Limbs. Hosting Nourish is a special homage to the many teachers that have guided their pathways and practices.
