Nurture Your Nervous System: Weekend Yoga Retreat

The state of your nervous system creates the state of your world – which makes it all the more imperative that we approach life from a place of feeling grounded, regulated and resourced.
In this weekend retreat, you will deepen your understanding of your nervous system and polyvagal theory, gifting yourself with the awareness and knowledge needed to relate more harmoniously with your bodymind. Through Yogic and Taoist practices, combined with modern scientific wisdom, you will learn incredible tools and techniques to help you regulate and nurture yourself, and come back to the stillness at your centre.

Our fight/flight responses often keep us stuck in past trauma, but with somatic movement, breathwork, self-reflection and self-love, you will experience new ways of completing those stress cycles and getting unstuck. And as we cultivate emotional fluidity, we hope you find that healing can be fun!
From a place of regulation, we can more easily access the calm, clarity, curiosity and creativity we desire, which can lead to healthier and more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and each other. Meet Your Facilitator

Laurin Wolf

Laurin Wolf is a Tantric Embodiment Coach and Yoga Teacher/Teacher Trainer, with a traditional background in Hatha Yoga and Meditation from her Gurus in India. Her 18 years of study and practice include Tantra, Yin, Restorative, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Belly Dance and Transcultural Dance. She uses her ever-deepening understanding of the body/mind to facilitate transformational work, whether in group classes, retreats or one-on-one. You can find Laurin guiding Ecstatic Dance and Embodied Movement, leading Community Circles, playing music and Kirtan, teaching Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, and coaching clients in Sex, Love and Relationships. Her passion is sharing the tools and techniques that have helped her heal and thrive through trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, dysphoria, and dissociation. Her compassion and grounded presence help others feel safe to find their voice and explore their full, embodied expression.

Shared $565 + HST (up to 4 people share a cabin)

Semi-private $645 + HST ( 2 people share a room)

Private $825 + HST (a room all to yourself)

Some cabins have 2 rooms, each having a separate entrance.

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
