Enjoy a truly transformative experience: the Sweet Summer Reset Retreat, set in the serene natural beauty of Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre.

This immersive retreat is designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to cultivate inner peace and clarity, while you savour the sweetness of the summer season.

Throughout the weekend you will guided in daily yoga sessions, suitable for all levels. Your facilitator, Jenny, has been guiding others in movement and meditation for more than 25 years, and will ensure you have options and choices to cultivate an environment of inclusivity, community and overall feeling safe to relax and get what you need from our time together.

In addition to yoga, guided meditation will provide tools and techniques to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster a sense of gratitude and presence. Our meditations will be held in tranquil settings, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of Sugar Ridge.

You will also enjoy healthy, nourishing plant-based meals prepared with organic ingredients, locally sourced when possible, fostering a sense of community and shared wellness. Ample free time will be provided for personal reflection, nature walks, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings relaxing on the patio.

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
$825 + HST private accommodation – private room or a geodome all to yourself
