Life moves pretty fast, and most of us are living our lives in a state of chronic stress and overwhelm.
Our current western lifestyle, with its reliance on technology, demanding pressures and daily stressors, results in overwhelm and overstimulation for most of us.
Our efforts to keep up in this fast-paced culture, that does not support healing and rest in our bodies and minds, places unrealistic demands on our inner resources and often results in exhaustion, anxiety, depression and overall dis-ease.

 

A Transformational Experience

In this two night retreat at the magical Sugar Ridge, Jenny Jackson will support you as you explore practises and strategies to calm and calibrate the central nervous system. Using breath, mindful movement and thought re-patterning, you will experience a connection to stillness, vitality and a journey to calm, clarity and balance within. Jenny will offer you tools, strategies and practices that you can take with you to help support a healthier relationship with your nervous system.

This retreat is for everyone, regardless of your age, physical mobility or experience with meditation. Everyone will feel included and supported in their journey.Nourish your body with healthy food, an immersion in nature, positive community, and a highly experienced facilitator.

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
