The Art of Rest: Movement, Meditation, & Sound Long weekend retreat

feel the benefit of quality rest

Do you know how to rest?  Truly rest…not just a good night’s sleep, but feeling restored to the point of feeling relaxed and energized at the same time.

This long weekend is a deep dive into the importance of rest in a world that honours busyness and encourages burnout and constantly feeling overwhelmed.  During this retreat, you will learn how to be kind and gentle with yourself and feel the benefit of quality rest in ways you can incorporate into your daily routine at home.

rediscover your true nature

Restore your energy level so that you can truly enjoy life and all of its gifts, manage struggles in a balanced way and feel more connected to your true self.

Feeling rested allows you to rediscover your true nature.

Beginner yoga students are very welcome and encouraged.  This retreat is perfect for anyone who just needs a little break from everyday life!
