Did you know that breathwork is an amazing modality that can transform your life when used regularly. If you have stress in your life that impacts you negatively, experience anxiety or depression, have difficulty concentrating or focusing, struggle with self-motivation or you are looking to expand your consciousness or reach great states of spirituality breathwork can assist you.

 

During this experiential and immersive breathing retreat, you will learn how our breath is intended to work and how modern stressors can impact it. This technique will help you to reestablish an optimum breathing pattern. You will learn the benefits, physical, emotional and spiritually of breathing. Over the weekend you will have multiple opportunities to practice the breathing techniques and experience the benefits. This can be the beginning of you starting your own breath practice that can continue when you return home. Breathing is truly a self-empowering approach.

 

Additional practices will be shared that can be utilized to further enhance your life.

 

As your breath coach I will teach you simple yet profoundly useful techniques that will begin to reshape your life. Having a vast and varied life and work experience I found myself experiencing stress in a number of situations and roles. What began as a personal journey to find strategies to live a more balanced, peaceful and happy life lead to me sharing/teaching various strategies with my clients, staff, colleagues and management teams. I have over 30 years in supporting individuals in various roles and stress was a common factor. I graduated as a Social Service Worker, Valedictorian and then went on a life journey of learning including additional University and College courses, studying intuition, consciousness, became a Reiki Master and a facilitator of the Bars and Indian Head Massage. After learning Qi Gong, I attended a Seniors Home for over 5 years assisting individuals to de stress and improve their quality of life. Recently, I have studied with Eckhart Tolle (Presence) and Kyle Gray (Angel work).

 

For the past 3 years I have focused on learning and teaching Transformational Breath (TB). During this time, I attended a Level 5 training in order to teach TB and passed the training. While the training was rigorous and required much longer to become certified as a Breath Coach, I had awareness’s that could improve the breathwork and decided to launch my own Breathwork. Those with whom I have worked have noticed significant changes in their daily lives.
