Find balance this weekend!

Immerse yourself in Nature and Self-Care.  Be guided through yoga, meditation, back care, lymphatic care and Gua Sha.  You will receive a Jade stone Gua Sha tool to take home once you’ve learned how to use it!

Take this weekend to look after yourself.
Sleep in or watch the sunrise.
Partake in morning yoga or rest.
Journal and reflect.
Be still.
Move mindfully.
Meditate.
Say hello to the trees.

Andrea Leplae will gently guide your self-care journey through sessions which help you care for yourself body and mind.  It’s the perfect getaway for rest and recovery, whatever you are experiencing.  Come solo or bring a partner or friend.  You will enjoy it either way.

Refresh your body, mind and soul with yoga, forest bathing, Gua Sha, Face Yoga, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and morning yoga sessions.  Bring your journal, and get ready to explore, relax and deeply nourish your sweet little self.

 

Everyone is welcome!

All sessions on the itinerary are optional and you can do as many or as few as you wish.

There is no experience required and all physical abilities are welcome.

You may be surprised at how one weekend away can lead to a transformational experience for you!

Meet Your Facilitator

Andrea Leplae

Andrea is a trained Physiologist from the University of Toronto, spent just 2 weeks as a Science Teacher, but found a higher calling in Youth Work and Teaching Yoga.  She has owned and operated 3 yoga studios over the years, 2 in Dundee, UK, and 1 in Scarborough, Ontario, teaching for over 20 years. She also teaches Pilates (original Matwork Series), Nordixx Pole Walking, and specializes in post-rehab fitness, small-group classes, and offers 1:1 Therapeutic Thai Yoga Massage. She surfs in the North Sea.

Tuition

Tuition is per person and includes all meals, accommodation and classes.

Shared $565 + HST (up to 4 people of the same gender in a cabin)

Semi-private $645 + HST (just 2 people in your room or geodome)

Private cabin $825 + HST (just you in a room or geodome)

Some cabins have 2 rooms.  Geodomes have either a queen bed or 2 twin beds.

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
