Welcoming Winter Wellness Retreat

Join us for a two-night getaway intended to Cultivate Peace Within

No one can juggle everything without dropping a ball occasionally.  This getaway lets you rest from the stress of all that you do and allow yourself to be nurtured.

This mid-week escape is an opportunity to take a break and recharge.  If you’re busy taking care of everyone else, you need time to yourself to step away and rest, reboot your system and take a couple days to think of no one but yourself.  Let Jenny guide your journey inwards as the seasons change and we move into hibernation mode. The winter solstice symbolizes a transition time of getting quieter, personal introspection, and germination.

Connect to Peace Within

This time away from routine is an opportunity to connect to peace within through gentle healing yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation practices.  You’ll have opportunities for self-reflection and quiet connection with others. Lunch Saturday will be offered in silence to deepen your connection within.

 

A variety of classes are offered but they’re all optional.  Participate in whatever you feel like, sleep in if you want, or book a massage.  Let this be time just for you!

 

No experience with yoga or meditation is required. All levels welcome.

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

$465 + HST for shared accommodation (up to 4 people of the same gender in a cabin)

$565 + HST Semi-private (just 2 people in your cabin)

$725 + HST Private cabin (just you in a cabin)

With social distancing protocols in place, you will need to book semi-private or private accommodation if you are attending as a single.  If you are coming with someone you can share with please book semi-private (2 ppl) or shared (3 – 4 ppl) accordingly.  Max group size will be determined by the gathering limits allowed at the time of the retreat.

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
