This weekend is relaxing, rejuvenating, educational, and a a getaway into the arms of nature where you can move, breathe and just be. It is an opportunity to reflect and connect your body, mind and spirit through different practices.

Relax with the combination of gentle Yoga, mindful movement and other movement forms, hiking forest energy, stillness of meditation practices, and free time to relax or head to the beach.  Time in nature soothes your soul!  Exploring forest trails renews your vitality.  Fresh air and peaceful surroundings.  Enjoy bonfires, forest walks, new friends and create sacred memories.

Restore physical and emotional well being

Learn basic meditation techniques to calm your body, mind and spirit to help restore physical and emotional well being.  Who doesn’t need more of that?  Within the first two minutes of meditating, even for the very first time, your whole being shifts into a more healing, restful state.

Anyone can attend this retreat! No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary. In fact, this is the perfect retreat if you are looking to explore new ways of being in the world or simply want a restful weekend away.  Make this weekend what you need – everything is optional!

Meet Your Facilitator

Lindsay Domonkos

Lindsay Domonkos began her yoga journey in March 2020, shortly after the birth of her third child. In seeking a way to ease post-delivery discomfort, she found that yoga not only restored her physical mobility but also became a transformative and grounding practice in her life. What started as a method for physical recovery soon grew into a passionate daily ritual that nurtured her emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Lindsay holds 400 hours of yoga teacher training, completed at Bliss Studios Shine OM in Barrie. She now seeks to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with others, fostering a safe, inclusive space where individuals can explore mindful movement and cultivate balance from within.

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
