This weekend is relaxing, rejuvenating, educational, and a a getaway into the arms of nature where you can move, breathe and just be. It is an opportunity to reflect and connect your body, mind and spirit through different practices.

Relax with the combination of gentle Yoga, mindful movement and other movement forms, hiking forest energy, stillness of meditation practices, and free time to relax or head to the beach.  Time in nature soothes your soul!  Exploring forest trails renews your vitality.  Fresh air and peaceful surroundings.  Enjoy bonfires, forest walks, new friends and create sacred memories.

Learn basic meditation techniques to calm your body, mind and spirit to help restore physical and emotional well being.  Who doesn’t need more of that?  Within the first two minutes of meditating, even for the very first time, your whole being shifts into a more healing, restful state.

Anyone can attend this retreat! No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary. In fact, this is the perfect retreat if you are looking to explore new ways of being in the world or simply want a restful weekend away.  Make this weekend what you need – everything is optional!

Meet Your Facilitator

Taylor Rae Hemmings

Tae is a mindfulness coach, certified yoga teacher, and holistic wellness enthusiast. She was introduced to yoga at the age of eighteen and quickly knew that it would become not only an integral part of her life, but that it was also a special sort of magic that she was meant to share with others. Tae has taught yoga internationally in places such as India, Bali, and Nicaragua. She is devoted to guiding others to connect to the innate sense of home and presence that lives within each and everyone of us.

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
