This Welcoming Spring Weekend Retreat offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of nature, supporting wellness of your mind, body, and soul.

This retreat celebrates the season of growth by guiding you through practices that help release winter stagnation, cultivate energy, and create space for intention-setting. Through gentle yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, nature immersion, and restorative self-care, we invite your body, mind, and spirit to awaken in harmony with the season.

Enjoy nourishing vegan meals, restorative yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, along with time to relax in the peaceful natural surroundings that Sugar Ridge is known for.

Take this opportunity to slow down, reflect, and step into spring with clarity, presence, and renewed vitality.

This is an invitation to relax, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.

Try a gentle yoga class and learn how to meditate – no experience or physical ability is required.  If you’re breathing, you can do yoga….if you know you’re thinking, you can meditate!

Recharge by relaxing!  Leave feeling energized after a few days of ‘doing nothing’ (which is everything!)

The schedule is an offering – nothing is mandatory.  Do what serves you!

This retreat is perfect for you even if you have physical limitations to movement, little or no meditation or yoga experience. Beginners will discover how to sit comfortably and experienced practitioners can deepen their practice. No need to sit on the floor if that’s not comfortable – chairs are always available.

This retreat is ideal for anyone who:

  • Wants to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit after winter hibernation
  • Is seeking renewal, inspiration, and self-care in a supportive environment
  • Wishes to deepen mindfulness, yoga, and meditation practices

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

This retreat includes all meals, classes, admission fees for Sainte Marie and the accommodation you choose. Rates are per person.

$575 + HST shared – up to 4 people share a cabin
$645 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
*(some cabins have 2 rooms)
